Katherine Fischer is a SCAM. Not interested in anything but keeping my consultation fee. Not even any transfer of value represented.. offered no consultation and wasnt willing to represent me.

SCAM!!!
I had to wait one month to schedule an appointment, that actually you have to leave a voicemail and wait until they feel to call you back, because they can not talk on the phone.
When my day finally came, I had to pay $225 for the meeting (totally NONREFUNDABLE). Katherine showed up 10 minutes after I was already waiting for her and left me in the room for 5 minutes all by myself, so I lost 15 minutes of my hour, and she was ready to finish the conversation when the hour was done 45 minutes later.
Also, I did not receive any advice and she took personal when I TRIED to explain why I was switching lawyers (my last one was always late with deadlines and not interested in helping me with my case, after I spent thousands dollars and waste 2 years and a half trying to work things out). She said: "I know her and she would NEVER do that" What??? Totally rude and unprofessional!
I paid for a service to be judged and be called a liar, because she can not be professional and separate her personal friendship from her job.
$225 totally wasted with this scam company, that just charges you and do not provide anything. 1 hour paid to be totally disrespected and just have 45 minutes of a vague conversation.
I left the office with no suggestions, advices, solutions or offers.
Inacceptable!

My dealings with this law firm have been disappointing. My recommendation would be to seek council else where based on over twenty years of intermittent and prolonged experience and family members within the legal profession who also verify concerns. Of course if you are happy and satisfied then my opinion is just that. Good luck.

I used Katherine Wiggins-fisher at this office. She seemed to me to be an inexperienced scared lawyer. But also in typical fashion, will tell you what you want to hear but not follow through on what she promises. She seems to look for the easy road and cares more about her own relationships with other attorneys and judges than your best interests in which you are paying for. The phrase sleeping with the enemy describes her to the letter. Ive called out a witness for lying and had proof, and instead of using that information, she says she knows her personally and isnt willing expose her out in court. She will admit that a judge is not following the law but is letting his personal feelings impact decision making and she doesnt see a problem with it. In my opinion, these are justifiable reasons to lose a law license, and Im sure the bar association would agree. Maybe use as a last resort and if you dont really care about your outcome. She does not fight or argue for your interest or for her own self respect as an attorney, at least in my experience with using her services. Ive used Jacob Parrot at this office before as well. A much better experience, but he smartened up and moved on to another firm and better things. Great move Jake
