It's with a heavy heart that I leave this bad review, because the people that work their are very kind and wholehearted. I know the character of the employees because I've been going to Yellow Jacket Barbershop for some time now. So, I got a haircut today with a new barber and at first glance the fade looked ok but a little uneven. I payed and went to the QT and threw some water to remove some of the hair, which made it clear that the fade was uneven. I went back and asked the barber if he could fix it and he tried, I also gave hime an extra tip to compensate for the extra time. He fixed the fade to the best of his ability. I looked at the cut from a front point of view only and I decided it was ok, but I didn't turn my head to check sides, which was a mistake on my end. When I got home my wife pointed out a huge uneven area. I don't know why the barber let me walk out like this, he should've admitted his error and tried to fix it. I'm being kind not to name the Barber and I hope he reads this and works on his errors. Service: Haircut
