Went by today to view facilities for future boarding. Didnt call first just showed up. Open sign on window. Door was open but a note with three phone numbers to call if no one there. No one was there called all three numbers finally a man answered the last number provided. Ask to see if I could view the facilities he said he was at a job site. I ask who was taking care of the pets. He said he was there this morning and would be back in the afternoon. So if you have a pet there I guess they are just locked up in a cage all day. You call that boarding or daycare???

Lailia is such of a sweet person who really cares and enjoys her job and takes lots of pride in it. I can tell that she really opens up her heart to these furr babies to take care of them. I have full respect for this lady and will definitely will be referring anyone needing boarding here. I love the character that Lailia puts into her business, it really shows what kind of person she is at heart. Keep up the great work!

Lailia was so helpful and patient when making my reservation. Her customer service is beyond what Ive experienced with any other kennel, and her prices are great!

Our lab came back with kennel cough. The owners knew that they had had several case in the past few weeks, and never disclosed that to us. We would have never left our dog there if we had known.
