Arshia Nizam I am very displeased with your response to a negative review about a horrible situation with a toddler at your school. You never apologized to the parents of that poor baby. The fact the first when the incident occurred you failed to notify the parent you left the baby with the glue in her nose all day eventhough she was crying all day due to thw pain. I was looking to out ny children at your school a d I am thabkful that i got to see the review and how you handled the situation after. I will not be bringing my kiddos in your care and I hope other parents are careful and rethink trusting a school that cares more about covering up the truth instead of just apologizing to the parents and helping resolve the situation with care

My daughter had been at home with me up until her being enrolled at Primrose, and the transition was rocky initially! As a mom, I went from spending every day with her to getting back to work and taking my threenager to school. What made the transition easier were her teachers (she still talks about Ms. Kelly, Ms. Janette, and Ms. Catherine, to this day)! She's even made some friends at Primrose that we continue to have playdates with on the weekends.
Now...being honest, our morning dropoffs weren't always so smooth for us, lol. From practicing goodbye hugs, bringing snacks, pep talks, etc., lol, so I'm also thankful for the front of the school and the admin that loved on my daughter as well. From walking her to class or letting her be an office helper just to relax a bit in the morning, none of it went unnoticed. Thank you all!
The milestones my daughter achieved in her one-year at Primrose Rockwall are priceless to me, knowing where she started. We transitioned to another school for location and gradeschool prep reasons, but truly appreciate what Primrose meant to our daughter and us!

Im so grateful we found Primrose School of Rockwall upon moving to the area a few months ago from out of state. The entire staff made the transition super smooth tending to her individual needs and the transition to a whole new everything. My daughter looks forward to going to school everyday and is always happy upon pick up. Ms. Bailey the director and Ms. Sasha the assistant director are incredibly kind leaders and the rest of the support team (Ms Lori, Ms Laura, Ms Mackenzie) and preschool teachers (Ms Alondra & Ms Janet & the other support teachers) have been so wonderful as well! We love the app they use and all of the communication they send out. They have an awesome curriculum during the school year and have a calendar of fun activities in the summer as well.

My daughter has been going to Primrose Rockwall for almost 2 years now. We transferred from the Primrose in Forney because we loved the curriculum. This daycare is truly one that will exceed anyones expectations as far as teaching, development, and child care. I recommend Primrose to all of my friends with littles who need child care in the area. :)

Primrose School of Rockwall is the only place I ever want my daughter. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and teachers. My daughters education and social skills have excelled since she started at Primrose. She asks to go to school everyday and knows not only her teachers but the school staff by name, because they make her and every child feel so loved. We will be at Primrose for as long as we can and will always highly recommend them.
