DPS closed for public ONLY entity in Texas nobody else you can get tax, title, social security but MAIN point office for legal documents is closed.Same day appointment is a joke I am going thru for 3 months and when we finally get appointment 8 month later they need me to prove my legal name change as guardian so 8 months again.People be informed by me you can get USA passport in a month and be done with this nonsense so your kids have legal documents for applying for job, indentions purposes etc.And talking about illegal citizens by treating us like this is beyond any common sense.The employees act like gard dogs and very disrespectful regardless of your question or wait for 2 hrs.I have NOTHING nice to say absolutely about DPS or their train employees.... very disappointed with this in Texas.

Came here to get information on whats needed for an ID and ect for a family member. Unfortunately no one was standing outside as usual so I walked to the door and open it and was going to see if someone was going to help answer my questions and the lady demanded me to step out was very rude. I believe that you could have used a better tone and if you was standing outside I wouldnt need to come look for you to do your job. Thank you anyways for the rude response and that tiny paper you hand me m, the DMV and plus that you guys are backed up until July 2024.
