Called for assistance with sewer problem, and was transferred to service department, and the
Dispatch technician is sending someone immediately!

Utility billing no help and does not care. You would think that the city would put forth the effort to pickup broken tree limbs after the ice storm. Nope !!!
Told me I have to look at this in front of my house for 2 weeks before they would come (We have no alley) or I can PAY for a special pickup !!!. So much for city services. Oh, what about the trash and recycle pickup that was missed due to the weather.. 2 weeks on the recycle too. Shameful !!!

Poor water treatment. I have recently moved to Rockwall. Tap water tastes like drinking lake water. I bought a water filter it wont even last 2 weeks.

I have tried to call the utilities department multiple times, held more than 10 to 15 minutes each time and no one ever answers. It is ridiculous service!
