They don't know anything twice I have come in with a power supply issue and twice they've told me it's the motherboard I don't know if they're ignorant or lazy don't ever go there

Robert,Per our technician's notes from September 2019 and most recently, October 24, 2022, we completed an 11-point hardware diagnostic as outlined in our Check-In sheet at time of drop off. In both instances, our diagnostics revealed that the power supply output voltage was in good working order. However, upon further testing we determined the cause for your computer being unable to boot was due to a bad motherboard.If you would still like to replace your power supply, we will do so at cost.

Took my wife's computer there when it booted to a blue screen. They had it fixed the same day. Turn's out Windows 10 is buggy and likes to gliche as they said they've had several other people with the same problem, and another guy walked in with the same problem while I was standing there. Thanks!

Thank you for the great review! The blue screen of death (BSoD) can really be a tricky issue to deal with. I’m glad we were able to get the computer back up and running quickly due to the awesomeness of our technicians!
