Ive been coming here since they opened, but as of yesterday, never again.
Back in 2020 I bought a large can of powdered milk. When I got home I discovered it had expired a year earlier.
I was never refunded or given a store credit. I continued to shop here out of convenience. ( I go to the Indian store next door which is excellent)
The Valabreso French feta I bought last week had rusted container. This is toxic, can cause botulism and kill you. I left my number and urged the person working there to have the owner, Ahmed, call me and pull the rusted feta cans off the shelf.
Not only did he not call, he told his employee not to give me a store credit, refund me or pull the bad cheese off the shelf.
Shop at your own risk and know that the owner does not appear to be interested in the well being of his customers. I found a clean, pleasant and less expensive place across the street, asadur.
******I have just read your response. You sir, are a liar. I have reported you to the FDA with the pictures, which show that the cans are corroded. You have not pulled the corroded cans off the shelf. You instructed your employee NOT to refund me. You NEVER refunded me for the milk which had been expired for an entire year when I purchased it. I have no interested in interfering with peoples business. When I don't like a business, I simply stop going. I posted this time out of concern for consumer safety, a concern which you apparently do not share.
