Recently I moved to a bigger apartment within their community & leasing officer Ms. Fahima helped me in doing that. She is so good and very helpful. She accommodated all my requests positively and provided me with the best possible available option. I am really looking forward to enjoy my stay in my new apartment.

image I have been a resident of this apartment since 2018, initially under the management of Grady Management. Over time, the management changed hands a couple of times, and while there were some adjustments, the overall experience was acceptable. However, the current management by Bell Partners has been nothing short of disappointing, prompting me to reconsider my stay once my lease expires. The primary issue lies in the evident lack of responsibility demonstrated by both the maintenance and management staff. Maintenance requests are met with a prolonged response time, ranging from 5 to 12 days, leaving residents to endure inconveniences for an extended period. Furthermore, even after completing the requested work, the maintenance staff neglects to clean the affected areas, leaving behind a mess for residents to deal with. One of the most significant grievances I have with Bell Partners is their questionable billing practices, specifically in relation to gas charges. It appears that the management consistently inflates gas prices, manipulating sewer or other charges to an extent that is simply unacceptable. Regardless of the season, there seems to be an unwavering commitment to collecting exorbitant gas charges, creating a financial burden for residents. In summary, my experience with Bell Partners has been characterized by inadequate service and questionable billing practices. The combination of delayed maintenance, neglectful cleanup, and seemingly inflated charges has led to my complete dissatisfaction with their management of the community. As my lease approaches its expiration, I have decided not to continue my stay, and I would rate Bell Partners negatively based on my overall experience.

image well, unfortunately, I need to say that all my wheels were stole at night last Friday and the leasing office does not take any kind of responsibility for that, also saying that you need a parking card because is not a public parking so if you don't have that your car is going to be towed. so here you don't have any kind of security for your car and if something happens it's going to be your own responsibility. This review has just 1 star because I couldn't submit it without stars. Nice place but becoming a no safety place to live. Also today at 1 am was a man trying to open my entry door and when he found out that we were awake he just went to the rest of the departments in the same street trying to open the entry doors. I dont see any kind of communication from the leasing office about security or safety things that need to be improve.
