We were staying here as part of a work trip. The staff is awesome. Super friendly receptionists, the cleaning staff does an amazing job with the rooms. Super clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is good. Location is in walkable distance to many restaurants and grocery stores.

They would have gotten a 5 star if it weren't for the price and the very limited vegan options at breakfast. $600 for two nights is very pricey for what it was. The only vegan options were dry cereal, potatoes, black coffee or tea, and juices. Also the view from my room was non-existent, was up against a brick wall.

Me and my wife are both military service members. The reservation was in my wife's name, and she presented her military ID. The lady at desk (manager Carmen Gomez) then asked for my identification. I'm a guest, the reservation isn't in my name... Why do I need to present ID? She then canceled our reservation for asking that question... It was 40 degrees outside and 10pm and raining And miss Gomez was about to kick 2 servicemembers with over 3 decades of service, into the cold and leave us stranded. She even told my wife that SHE knew we weren't on military business. It was a drill weekend. I had my ID out, just wanted to know why a guest was REQUIRED to show ID. This establishment will never see another penny from me.
Corporate office was notified. Been a Hilton honors member for 13 years, never had a bad experience. Miss Gomez is a problem. A cancer to your establishment...
Update...... We've spoken to corporate office, Hilton confirmed it's NOT a requirement to ID persons who aren't on the reservation... I've been a Hilton member for 12 years and not once we're my guests asked to identify themselves.
They claimed it was for safety purposes and so they could account for everyone... Well if that's the case, they could simply say, room xyz has 2 or 3 occupants... You don't need to know exactly who said person was... And furthermore, asking a question, shouldn't get servicemembers thrown out into the cold and stranded. I'm positive Hilton wouldn't want that negative publicity...
