      image Mold on bathroom walls and ceiling, door did not lock, housekeeping did not clean room for 3 days in a row. Bed is also the most uncomfortable box spring mattress. At over $100/night I would at least expect a better mattress or topper.

      image Stayed for a couple of weeks due to a house fire. At first it was fine then they stopped servicing anything. We had to buy toilet paper and towels and started washing their things at the laundromat. They accused us of violating fire codes with how many people were in the room. There were 2 of us and refusing them access. We are local so we were gone most days from around 9 am till about 9 at night. They could have cleaned at any point. They also said we had a huge number of cats and dogs which we dont own. Horrible experience.
