      image Not only are they unhelpful but when I tried to take money out on my card not only did they not give me the money or a receipt but they still build my credit card for $250 for the cash they never gave me and a $16 transaction fee for doing it which they never did and they still have not help me to this day 4 days later they just keep seeing it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do well if it's not your fault Chase whose fault is it?
