My friend recommended trying this place out because he knows how much I enjoy a good breakfast place. My go-to places are Fox and Goose and Tower Cafe. Both are perennial best in the city breakfast places.
Granite Rock has much more variety for different diets with a vegetarian and protein section of the menu. They have more options for omelets and a fabulous burger. Their biscuits have a great wow factor, and the front of house staff can match many top Sacramento options.
I was not disappointed, and that is saying a lot, considering I drove 30 miles to get here.
Next, I will try their sister restaurant in Folsom (the name is different, but they mention it on the menu I posted here).

Always great food and service year after year. Try the homemade jam and marmalade. I would go there just for the sourdough toast and orange marmalade
