Came here asking if someone can help me out with application for Medicaid and to learn more about other benefits since Im pregnant, the lady was really rude and not helpful at all. How can someone like this work at place, where they suppose to help families with children?? It was a waste of time and gas for me to drive there. Thank you for nothing!

Definitely this place, it hasn't been the same for two years, the new staff doesn't help at all, one asks if you can help me with the questions and they say no, so my question is why are they only there winning the easy money, they are very racist, they should have another office that cares more about the people who come to apply and have trained personnel, not useless ones who instead of helping tell you that they cannot help
