Very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work! They are quite busy so we did get booked out quite a bit, but it was well worth the wait. We have a bubble up system to remove radon from our water and they gave us honest answers on how we can perform some of the annual maintenance ourselves, which is greatly appreciated. We lost our well pump the Friday morning after Thanksgiving. Called the after-hours #, and 2 guys were at the house 90minutes later. Had a new pump in the well in a few hours. Nice guys, know their business. Tidy, thorough, efficient. Will be first on my list to call in the future. Service: Water tank installation

I cannot more strongly recommend this company. I met one of the owners at a job fair and within two weeks, had a water system, quoted and installed, which has solved all of our water issues from hardness and iron to the very offensive sulfur smell. Very professional and friendly Service! My house smells, feels and tastes cleaner thanks to Haskells!

Absolutely incompetent and lying about what they do. They were asked during home inspection about the well, pump and purifier they installed and lied about the quality of the well and the home inspector was informed that it was functioning fine. I encountered many issues after moving in and only after threatening with legal steps they told me that the previous owners were well aware that the well was not functioning. When checking the system they made adjustments and immediately after the purifier was no longer working. In a call I asked them to address the iron filter and purifier and although they informed me that due to insufficient water in the well they agreed to come over and back flush the iron filter. This conversation was recorded to make sure that further lies would not become a he said she said situation . The appointment was also confirmed by a call to make sure someone was home, a message was left on my voicemail and they wrote an email to ensure someone was home with the threat if no one was home they would charge me $75. They never showed, they never responded to my email why they were a no show and asked if they would pay me $75 for not showing up and me missing a half day of work. When I finally did connect with them they just flat out lied about it however when I pointed out the confirmation by phone and email and the recorded conversation that led to the appointment, obviously they did no longer respond. My attorney advised legal steps for providing initially false information and potentially making the system operate worse after an inspection. It is unbelievable that this company and ownership is so incompetent that it has to lead legal steps to straighten out the issue. If you have time to sit home and money to start legal procedures . I strongly suggest to avoid this company all together
