We went to look at Realty Choice listing, 535 Beech St, Rockland MA, today after scheduling an approved appointment this morning for 12:30. When we arrived, we were abruptly told there was a "verbal" agreement just placed with no prior notice. We then submitted an offer immediately since it was verbal but have been told that our bid is a "backup" offer now. As a licensed RE agency, they must serve their clients and honor their fiduciary duties to present all offers to their clients by law, especially if no offer has been signed. Our offer was more than the asking price by $7,000.Warning to Sellers: This Agency may not present you all offers, especially higher ones.
