I lost my little sister unexpectedly the week of Thanksgiving. I decided to go to Olsen Funeral Home on North Main because it was close to my house.The doors were locked. My husband and I showed up unannounced, so we rang the doorbell. Jennifer was downstairs and dropped what she was doing to answer the door. She was so kind, compassionate, friendly and very patience with us. I did not feel rushed. I felt comfortable in knowing she was going to take good care of my beloved sister. I knew right then and there, before we left the building, that Olsen Funeral Home was for me and my sister. I am so grateful for the Olsen family and their amazing staff. I highly recommend Olsen Funeral Home at any location.

Never thought I would have to handle a funeral, but Jennifer was VERY helpful and made the experience a lot easier.

If you care about who you are bringing here for their final service, RUN. This facility did my Great Aunt's funeral in April. JIM is the most unprofessional, insensitive person and should really consider a new life-calling as he told our family, when we entered, that we "MIGHT RECOGNIZE SOMEBODY IN THERE" with a chipper smile on his face, referring to our Great Aunt. Our family was absolutely MORTIFIED. If you care about your loved ones and want their final services to be held in a professional and caring funeral home, this is NOT it. Jim was horrific to us and even questioned if one of our family members was actually related to us, as if that is even remotely appropriate.  Their website presents a business that is a far cry from the facility and the services you get. Truly awful!
