      image Amazing service, they had to order my glasses because they didnt have my lenses in stock and it took them 4 business days to get them in despite the difficulty of my order. Incredibly polite, very clean, and extremely reasonable prices. I will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future.

      image They don't know what insurances their own facility takes, and make appointments for insurances they don't accept after double and triple checking it would be accepted. Terrible customer service, extremely rude and talking amongst themselves while actively checking us in, felt very much like an afterthought and wasted 10 minutes waiting just to find out our insurance isn't accepted.
