Booked a room Tuesday took $50 deposit, got that back Friday . Okay booked another room for Wednesday and they took another $50 . We checked out Thursday . Okay it is now a week later and they have yet to send me the other half. I called Saturday they said it would take 1-2 days just talked to the lady and she said 5-7 days ! Okay why didnt it take 5-7 days for the other half! When my bf first called the Manager was real nasty and really rude. So I had to call back and she was even more nastier. This place is unprofessional . They dont like to give your money back and then have a nasty attitude when you check them about it .

This is a newer building than most Comfort Inns I've stayed at. I would have rated 5 stars, but the front desk clerk was able to register me for another night at a "discounted rate," so she said, at $147. I looked online when I returned to my room, and I could have reserved the room myself for $116. Fortunately, another clerk was able to rectify the matter. Another issue was the doors to ALL of the room around us on the first floor squeeked as they were closing and then slammed shut.
**NOTE TO MANAGEMENT**
It's not something you want to hear starting at about 5am.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel while visiting family and attending a wedding. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, and the room was very clean. The only thing I can suggest for this hotel is a larger dining area. When we went down for breakfast one morning, there were probably around 6 families eating, and no available tables. I wish they would expand their dining tables a little further into the lobby so there was more room for people who wanted to eat, not just those who wanted to lounge in armchairs.
I really enjoyed our stay and am very glad we chose this hotel.
