I waited in the lobby for several minutes waiting to see a banker. After not being helped or greeted, i went up to the teller to let her know i needed to see a banker. She informed me that all of their bankers were gone. We arrived at 4:30, there is no reason all of the bankers should leave before 5:00. She should have gotten a manager to assist me instead but didnt. I used PTO to leave work early in order to do this and now Ive used PTO for no reason and Im unable to do it again. We will be switching all of our accounts from Wells Fargo to another bank.

She informed me that there were no bankers available. We arrived at 4:30. There is no reason that the bankers should have left before 5:00. My husband asked off to leave work early in order to do this. So now he took pto for no reason and is unable to do it again. We will be switching all of our accounts from Wells Fargo and will be going with another bank.
