This organization is committing Medicaid fraud. I have hired an attorney. I've been through five workers all who have quit because the organization is corrupt Their billing insurance companies collecting the money but not providing assistance.Megan the director has no clue what she's doing. Because of that everybody is being neglected and abused. If you have suffered from the neglect and abuse of this organization you are entitled to legal help. Please contact your insurance company or they will keep doing this.

Was never told my wife couldn't care for me after months of us being married. The care management team when I came to them numerous times for help just said I'm only required to see you once a yr. Little to no help at all from anyone here. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better!!!! If I could leave no stars I would!

Colleen Boice has no place as the Director of Health Homes. She was thrust into that position with no prior care management experience by the incompetent leadership of this floundering agency. Collen has absolutely no understanding of care manager/client relationships and will randomly reassign care managers with no regard to the client's thoughts or feelings. Colleen's narcissism and overinflated ego prevent her from having any modicum of self-awareness and ability to admit wrong doing. She degrades and gaslights her employees until they have lost any sense of self-worth and faith in their abilities to do their jobs. I do not recommend this place as an employer or care management agency.

I cannot understand why the folks assigned to help my mom daily 9-3pm continue to call off and there is no one sent in their place to help our loved one. We simply receive a call, stating the "companion" called off again and again. Why is there not a protocol in place to send someone to take the place of them? Who is suppose to care for "your" client that day and the rest of the week? I would love a response so the family knows what direction to take.

This is a great company to work for and I wish I wouldve known about this company before because you get treated fair with respect and the CEO truly cares for his employees. I still stand and say this is an amazing COMPANY!!! I miss working for them!!
