Big Corporation ACC and ATT the absolute worst customer service. Big contracts expensive lawyers sticking it to the rest of us! This process to install was horrible. I tried to cancel an circuit install before it was installed. Told I had to pay $3000+ cancelation fee. Wish I would have looked at the google reviews before I signed the contract. Take my advise look for any other option don't do business with ATT and ACC! Also they had no problem sending me 20 emails and having 5 people on a sales call and promised we the world when selling me the service. I should have know then. its all about the sale!

Customer service is really hard to deal with for our business account. They passed off the problems to AT&T, which said isn't their problem because we don't have an account with AT&T. Canceling as soon as we can.

It's tough doing Business here. Whenever I call in, I have to deal with 2 accounts with false information thrown at me. An old account that we moved to our new location continues to exist with a running monthly bill of $14k. I also have no direct access to AT&T to pay my bills therefore have no knowledge of invoice until they disconnect my for non-payment which affects my clients. ACC will mail your bill as if we are in the 60s. Can you not consume the latest and greatest technology you sell? Digitize it and create your own little portal. Can't wait for this contract to end so I can remove this painful middle-man.
