I lived here for 2 years and the experience was very underwhelming. I dont understand why anyone would pay $3000 for a 1BD here. Apartments at the METROPOLITAN building go for $3K, and this is NO Metropolitan building! Apartments dont even come close! Either has to be new to Rochester and dont understand theyre being played, or just dont care because of the location. Even with it being located downtown, the price is still not worth it. Not for a 50% success rate with deliveries because theres always people around watching for drop offs. Very ghetto area. Not enough shops or things to do. So basically $3000 a month for bragging rights and maybe a decent view. To each their own but I found a much better place in a better area for less. Doubt theyll get their stuff together

I moved here in June of 2020 during COVID -19 and I had started the Application process in August of 2019. It took awhile for me to get in but it was worth it. I love my living space and that it is Secure building and with nice spaces to use . The only draw back for me is all the Dogs and there Pet Parent not picking up Dog Poop. I live in Spectra and it is just awful how Residentslet their pets just do their business out in front of the building. Other than that I'm happy. Kim Gilmore

Like most luxury apartment buildings, they used low income households at first to create a buzz for high earning applicants. We were the bait to get them in the door. After they removed most of the residents from the 9th floor through illegal practices, they were able to then raise the rent by a ballpark of 95%. I enjoyed my view, but the apartment overall isnt worth over $1200 with everything included. Its a shame to see how much theyve raised their prices and made absolutely no changes to their amenities. The fitness room is free but the other rooms require reservations (that costs money). Its a honey trap for individuals who just want a luxury apartment but dont really care about any of the other factors like stolen mail, uncooperative office staff, homeless people and drug addicts camped out at the entrance, and the severe lack of credible security. I called security one time and he was in the car with music blasting on the way. Theyre VERY picky about who they accept, hence their fluctuating income restrictions. You want a nice place, I get it. But this place just isnt worth it. And the moment they decide they can get someone else in your apartment that will pay more, they will do everything they can to get you out. Right or wrong.
