East Side Property Management used to be a reliable business, unfortunately things have changed with this company. We have worked with them for several years and had no issues. Over the last year it has become impossible to speak to anyone at the office no matter how many messages are left or emails are sent. They do not send out rental payment checks on time if at all. All the good reviews for this business are from years ago, anything recent shows they no longer communicate with those they rent to or for.

This is 100% the most dishonest property management company. I did not get my security deposit back. i had a property on which the tenant grew marijuana in the basement and made major damages to my property and Eastside did not monitor my property at all. For my brother-in-law's property, the tenant paid the rental money every month but Eastside did not deposit the rental money for 5 months and they rarely answered to emails and never picked up calls, neither did they return the security deposit. The company deserves punishment by law for their unfair business.

This company is extremelly dishonest They do not give you your rent or deposit paid by renters. They refuse to respond. They are thieves who steal your money. If I could give them a rating of 0 I would. He has not paid me for the past 7 months. I had to take him to court to recuperate the money he owes me.
