Toured their homes and they had many to look at. Conveniently located. Brandon was very helpful and answered all our questions.
Been in my home for 4 months, Jason at Freedom scheduled me for some minor repairs and the repairs were done great. Walter Richard was the service technician and he was great and very thorough. Very pleased with work.

Had this house for 2 years, brand new and have had to fix all water lines. We were unhappy when we seen we didnt get the options they let us pick out but was willing to deal with the off colors THEY decided to use. Called multiple times for them to come and fix things that was damaged and to even inspect to see if they would be willing to tell us how to properly fix the issues. Warranty doesnt mean anything with them. This is the master bathroom. Water damage everywhere. The spare bathroom came with a tub that wasnt in the demo that was cracked. Preventing us to use it. Dishwasher leaked which messed up the walls and molding, under sink faucets leaked and damaged the cabinets and vanity and not to mention all molding has came down throughout the whole house. We have had to caulk around all parts around the house to prevent further leaking anywhere there is water. No caulking was done as well. If I could leave one star I would. We suspected something was iffy about this place when we had three different realtors selling us this house within the TWO years of paperwork and being built. Right when it was being delivered they requested over $10,000 for extra fees which we denied because it wasnt in the closing cost. They said it was caused due to Covid raising supplies of building materials . Communication is something the extremely lack as they say they will call us back and never do. We thought of going our own way to fix the things we could but feel we were terribly taking advantage of as this is our first home in our 20s. This place is an absolute joke. Considering a lawyer for further action. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
