      image The tellers wers rude and very unpleasant. Dropping deposits off and was talked to with attitude by senior teller Yartiza. Her attitude and over all demanor was unpleasant!
      Just want to update:
      After this encounter and going back to truist this lady has been very kind and helpful. Not sure if something was said but she is now a very pleasant person to work with.

      image I'm really surprised at the negative reviews. I've never had any issues at all and they make everything so convenient. The only employees I've ever spoke to there were friendly and helpful. Maybe things have just really improved since some of these reviews?
