Rude and very unprofessional!! I asked for a quote for edge beveling on 3 sides & 2 drilled holes for vessel sink and single faucet on a 48" X 24" polished granite vanity top I had purchased. I received a very rude ridiculously over priced email wanting over $400 just to bevel edges and drill 2 holes! All they were worried about was where I purchased my granite because thankfully I didn't get ripped off by them!

Trinity granite has beautiful stone for a fair price and friendly, knowledgable staff. Melissa was helpful with color and design questions in the showroom, the wait was short for having the template made and the granite installed, and the installers were fast, courteous and did a great job. We love our new countertops!

We give Trinity Granite, which now has a showroom in Johnson City TN, our highest recommendation. We had them install a granite counter-top on a new island in our kitchen and it had to fit around our used drop in stove, which had warped. And they made the granite fit beautifully. We also had them install a fireplace surround, that is simply stunning, and three bathroom counters. Next week they will install our final kitchen counter-tops. Their under-mounted sinks are a true bargain. They offer competitive prices, yet vastly superior workmanship and customer satisfaction and we gladly travel to Roan Mountain from Bristol just because they are the best in the Tri-Cities area. And now that they have their new showroom in Johnson City, travel to Roan Mountain is not necessary. We absolutely love our counters and the custom look their quality granite gives our kitchen, bathrooms and living room. We will not purchase granite anywhere else. I promise, you will most grateful if you choose to purchase your granite or marble from Trinity.
