After renting 3X at this location in the past 6-months, I thought I had a good rapport with the staff, and had developed budding loyalty. During my last rental, they allowed me a 1-way in Florida without charging a "drop-off fee" which was very nice. Although the fee itself is idiotic in my mind. During that rental, I used a debit card and had to let them charge a $300 hold, which took a week after the rental, to be returned to my checking account. But, they said "if you use a major credit card, we do not do the hold". So, this time I ensured I had about $150 credit on my credit card to pay the $60something rental cost. After taking a $20 Uber to their location, the agent said, "no we still take a $300 hold, but it is not from your bank account". I was understandably angry, having been relying on getting a car today to use to run several errands before leaving the country tomorrow morning. I had $400 in my pocket and said "I can just pay cash then for the deposit". To which the agent responded, "We do not take cash for anything at this location." CASH is still legal tender for ALL TRANSACTIONS in the USA! But, the apparent drive to get us all tied to an 'all electronic' society makes that impossible. I will never use Enterprise again and think probably 20% of their customers are in the same sort of tight financial circumstances as myself at the moment. If you have great credit and lots of credit cards with high limits, this is the company for you. If not, look elsewhere!
9Apr2024 Update: After further consideration, I realized the policy cited for my most recent experience at this location, is a corporate policy. So, I will have to raise my rating from one star to three stars, standing firm on the other issues.

The staff was very attentive and courteous. I would especially point out Reagans efforts. She was a pleasure to deal with.
