      image Absolutely horrendous, whoever is working in the office is incompetent and awful at their job. I was on hold for 15 minutes before being transferred to an answering service when someone in the office had already picked up and asked me if I could hold. Absolutely insane that someone in a professional setting would behave that way and do this to someone who is trying to get their medical records that they have been trying to get from this office for over 3 months. Do not do business with them this place is a complete and total joke.
