      image My mother was at this facility on 2 occasions. She had a excellent experience. Staff remembered her and greeted her like a old friend. The facility is clean and doesn't smell. She enjoyed the meals as well.

      image The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the facility is always clean. They always have outings, games, and many other meaningful activities.

      image The portable phone in the basement is terrible when trying to have a conversation. I believe it needs to be upgraded for a better quality sound and it would be helpful if it was a 2 pair handset - so one could be charging while other is being used. Staff is nice.
