4/4/24 Update: Im on my 2nd Outback! Im an addicted Subi owner now! Lol
I have been in for maintenance service several times now and I can say that Ive had the BEST experiences! Noah and Marvin have been exceptional! I will NEVER go to another dealership! There are other ones closer to where I live, but this one is THE PLACE for all your Subaru needs!
This was by far the best experience purchasing a car. This was the first BRAND NEW car I have ever purchased and I was incredibly nervous. I submitted an offer online, got a call within the hour from Cesar. After a quick chat, I sent him pics of my trade in and he put together an offer including my trade-in and payment details. THENhe drove the car to me with the paperwork (and it wasnt a short drive either)!!! My husband was floored that I was able to do everything without leaving the house! Now, I had done my research and knew exactly what car I wanted. Cesar made this process so smooth and totally put me at ease with making the purchase. I did look at other dealerships that were closer, but this location had the BEST inventory and Im so glad I chose them. Not sure I would have found this level of service anywhere else. It was pretty incredible.
