      image Why would you tell me my letter is available for pick up at 9am on 1/21. I get there 9am 1/21 and youre closed on that day. Inconvenienced, and they are never friendly here.

      image Went there at 7am to drop off a quick letter, parked out on the street and a worker with no mask told me to make room for other drivers. Understandable if there were any other cars to begin with. Felt uncomfortable knowing they're not taking covid procedures seriously but they're clearly watching how we park.
