Four weeks ago I sent for a wash pillows and mattress cover. Due to the fact that I am very busy with work, I didn't have chance to look at the washed items...till today(my mistake evidently).
Pillows were returned wet and since they were for four weeks in plastic bags they molded. I wasn't notified that the pillows weren't fully dried, in which case you would have them air dry to give away the moisture.
The mattress cover was returned ripped on which, I wasn't informed either.
