I was not able to get an appointment, so I walked in at 10:30am. The office was EMPTY. I signed in and was told they only take people by appointments. She said she would take me but the next time I need an appointment. Throughout my visit and upon my departure not one person walked in. The office was still EMPTY.
Do they pay their employees without having any customers? Bizarre!!!

Terrible service...no one ever picks up the phone! Called the location in Wayne and they were able to help me. Either this location is understaffed or the workers are incompetent. Ill definitely go to another location next time.
