My very first exprerience in this store. I am trying to support local stores instead of shopping online. I was pretty impress with the selection offered. I will definetly be going back. Please, keep in mind it's a small store so go with time to browse. Don't expect the "Welcome to nail havens" type of greeting but I don't care for it. They got what I needed

They have nearly everything you need to do nails!! Super busy on Sundays. Monday's are less busy so I can take a bit more time to look at more. The ONLY reason it got 4 and not 5 stars, is that's small. They pack alot inside. Happy shopping

On more than one occasion Ive arrived to the store shortly after 10am and the store is not open although their hours of operation posted on the door says otherwise which is extremely inconvenient. Customer service is hit or miss. Most of the employees are extremely kind & helpful with the exception of the older woman who can be very rude, short and unprofessional. I wish us professional nail techs had more options in the RVA area but this seems to be the only option.
