I highly recommend that noone goes to their branch bad customer service I already have an account there and the branch manager Gabe Balderas is not professional at all he turned me and my trustee away from opening an account saying they were short staff there were 4 people there and I had all my paperwork togther. MiguelCorona said that I could get the account but then went back on his word saying he has to go to the teller side and said theres nothing I could do when my trustee is only going to be in this country for a week thats not a good look for this company.

Im ready to close out my current accounts and just go to another bank to open up my trust accounts. You just opened up and im heading in and your telling me you dont have time which is not good being descriminated against.

I dont know why everyone giving 1 star to this places they really having a good customer service, they always nice !.
This is the best wells fargo branch i have been in.

If I could give zero I would, but it's not an option. Very few locations opened on Saturday and the one at Parham and Broad has only one banker working. Came in around 10 to open an account and we were told to wait for the banker. At 11:45, finally our turn, we were told that computers shut down at 12 and there wasn't enough time to open the account, after we had waited 1 1/2 hours in the lobby. What poor service for your customers Wells Fargo!!
