Was trying to go to this facility to get care but no one answered phone several times and kept getting transferred and looks like a run down facility. Don't recommend

My mother has been at Brazosview since 2019 as a Medicaid resident and has had great care. The Brazosview Team communicates well and helps us through various administrative needs that arise from time to time. They have also been great at addressing her medical needs and keeping us up to-date as needed. She is happy and therefore I am happy!

I came in to visit my grandma and came to find her chewing on something she shouldn't have in her mouth whatsover if we weren't there in time they probably would've even noticed. Once we did tell them one nurse did come to try to take it out .

People please pray. Always look at the reviews because. Its all ways right. I called to check on my mom. I was told she was out side, no body dont call me at all . I was told. We dont have time are staff to look after your mom. This place cant find no words . God please help us.
