I remember there was a young Latino worker, he didn't speak English well but he always welcomed you with a smile and took good care of you. He hasn't worked there for a while. I really miss that boy, his name was Benito.

Food was not freshly cooked vegetables on the burger was soggy, and meat was barely warm
A burger that will make someone sick with a stomach bacteria infection.
And when you call to inform them about the issue, you receive a nasty attitude from the manager if she was the managerbut no worries Ill just bypass Jack n the Box and go to Whataburger
That location needs an upgrade with new employees who have a better attitude and understand the importance of customer servicesomeone who appreciates their job.

Defeats the purpose of a 24 hr if you show up at 3 25 am and they tell you they are closed/ in between shift change ( which is requiring you to turn 5 cars in the drive thru line away)
