Nice people here. You do have to do the driver-assistance unloading with them though so hopefully you're in good shape! Lol anyway, the biggest problem is the parking situation. You have to unload on a narrow and very busy street and there is no where to safely turn your truck around other than a condo complex, which I don't recommend because the security guard told us that turning around there comes with an $800 ticket! So we had to turn around in a super busy and crowded parking lot which proved to be almost impossible but we managed to finally get back out of there. Bottom line is this company either needs to order less supplies at a time so that a rig that is smaller than our 53' sleeper-semi can be used, so that you wouldn't have as much trouble finding a place to turn around safely as we did. Or they need to come up with a better way and location for big rigs to turn around and leave.
