Just as I was about to get off work. Our front entry door slammed opened due to the wind.
Breaking the pivots attaching the door to the frame. I could not leave the buisness without this security issue fixed.
They sent someone over as soon as they could for our emergency. I hope they enjoy the candies, I can't thank them enough.

I've contacted them three separate times, including going into the office twice to get a quote for 5 windows that need to be replaced. Each time I contacted them and told them I still hadn't received a quote, they were very friendly and assured me they would get back to me within the next couple days. It's been about a month since I first tried to get this quote, so I have moved on to a different company. Maybe this review will get their attention because nothing else seems to:/
The front girls that I spoke to always seemed very busy but they were very polite and always wrote all my info down.

Sliding door stopped rolling due to bad bearings. Glass nook offered the best prices and were kind +professional when coming out to see what was wrong. The day of my scheduled repair they called 30 min after appointment time and said the part didnt come in (after scheduling two weeks out). Had to reschedule again another two weeks out. Front desk was not the best to communicate with. Installer worked hard and was efficient. Service: General door repair
