If you can avoid this bank do that. HORRIBLE customer service. Tidia got upset because I asked if needed a deposit slip because a lot of locations have updated there tech and do all task with tablets.She started saying you people wasnt sure if it was a racial slur or she meant my type of work. (Which is property management) either way I called her attention to her rude comment and she continued rolling eyes and honestly rude comments. Saying I dont understand ? Ive been depositing at banks for years never encountered such a rude personnel. Shes a nice looking girl but ugly attitude. Came to the bank manager Juan to complete my deposit (which was done a tablet) and he had the same type of attitude. Came and said yeah I already talked about it to her but how if hadnt even complained yet. Then brushed off what I told him and said that you people just dont understand. Again I dont know what you people is meant to be. But if you dont want to be treated unfairly dont go here. They obviously have a TYPE of people they can only attend to with manners.

I made an appointment online to meet with an associate at 1:30, I was not seen until after 2. There was very people in the lobby and none in the cubicles. While I was waiting manager came up and asked what I was there to discuss. Even with few people around I do not feel it is appropriate to have a financial discussion while in a public setting.
