They're in the back of hospital next to some elevated train tracks. The office is nice and well lite. It's tidy and cozy. The staff are a bunch heavy set women who wear funny things on their heads sometimes, but I don't go there to see them, they are only gatekeepers. The staff is nice and exam rooms are clean enough but not shinny. Dr. Lin is my doctor, and I like him a lot because I can trust him. To me, trust is the most important part of a doctor/patient relationship. Trust is fragile, when it's broken, all the kings men can not put it back together. Trust is like Humpty Dumpty, he fell and got all cracked up. I've had Humpty Dumpty doctors before!

Time to switch, came in for labs a couple months ago. Specifically requested for them to email me my results as I was going overseas. After a few weeks of hearing nothing, I called them and they informed me that they only send labs via mail and I would have to wait till I got back before I could see them. I asked if they could email it to me, they said they would "try" but not guarantee. Another month goes by and I'm back home, no email from them. I check my mail and also find no lab results, instead a very large bill from their laboratory. I called this Arapaho clinic back and they informed me that the technician who took my labs must not have been trained to include my insurance information, so now I have to confront the laboratory myself and update my insurance information. You can't have an archaic system in addition to poor service, who will want to return?
