I am very pleased with the staff at my new apartment they keep you informed the managers are great people who lead by example and the maintenance employee Miguel is a keeper his work ethic is great and he knows exactly what hes doing thank you guys

I had signed a lease at an apartment complex that I wouldn't dare mention there name for any free publicity and long story short the apartment I was moving into flooded and that complex left me scrambling to find a place in a few days cause they didn't have anywhere to house me. This is when I came across the Lockwood Property and met Jesse. Jesse went above and beyond to make sure my son and I had a place that we like to live. He made it all happen in the matter of 2 or 3 days and now we are settled and comfortable in our new place. I can't speak much on the property yet but so far so good. I will however express that Jesse was great to us and if you are looking for a decent place in a decent neighborhood then you should contact Jesse at Lockwood Heights. He will take care of you.

8 days now with no hot water and management does not want to compensate us DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! They charge you a high water bill but yet we have not had hot water in 8 days theres leak throughout the whole property that they fail to repair
