      image I sought the services of this firm for revising my estate planning documents, a benefit offered through MetLife Prepaid Legal Services and my employer. The initial consultation with the attorney was prompt, and I received the first draft of some documents after about 10 days. However, my subsequent inquiries and requests for the remaining documents went unanswered. Despite multiple emails and voicemails over a month, both to the attorney and the paralegal, I received no response. Eventually, I had to seek assistance elsewhere and successfully had all my documents prepared in under a week.
      This experience has left me questioning the firm's reliability, not just for document revision, but for any legal representation.
