Choosing Damon as my personal trainer not only shaped my body, he trained my mind to do the work! I first started training with Damon 9 years ago. I didnt understand how to push through or challenge my body. My mind was a continuous obstacle. But he understands these challenges and with a contagious smile and kindness, he gently taught me to build a strong, beautiful body and mind. He helped me achieve goals I never would have believed possible! I was overweight and really had never worked out. (If that is you, dont let the photos intimidate you, it doesnt start like that ). He helped me fall in love with taking care of my body through physical fitness.
While training with Damon, I saw him support every type of person in age and fitness level, men and women. There was me (an overweight woman who had never worked out), an 80 year old man who Damon helped lose the weight and become a beast in the gym, a 20 year old fit and strong lady, but wanted shredded abs, a man that was strong, but wanted to have better cardio health and many others.
