As many experienced they are pretty bad. They show up, take the service fee and disappear as if they don't exist. They don't even have the professional courtesy to get back with their customer or warranty company. They don't care at all about leaving customers impacted because their appliance doesn't work.

This really is the WORST appliance repair company. We have used them a couple times and both times, the repair man just left without any warning or promise to repair. Upon calling the company, we were told that they either needed to order a part and would touch base in a couple weeks, or to "flip the breaker and it should work", which it didn't. Shame on us for giving them a second chance, but I highly suggest going with a different company other than Direct Appliance!

Our refrigerator is not cooling and they came to take a look at it and said they needed to order a part. All they told us was that a part usually takes about 3 days to come in... let's fast forward to 3 days later. I call and they have no history of the part being ordered, so they order the part right then and there. Of course it's around 4th of July holiday so that puts another delay. I regret not being on top of them or following up the day after. It sucks that you HAVE TO constantly call to get an update since they won't give you one... currently still without and update, no part, and no working fridge. This hasn't been a good experience so far to say the least.
