      image I spend 2 hours and a half in the store waiting to be assisted and then they told me that they don't have the car that I was rented.Very poor service. They didn't give me a solution. Only 2 aggent. for so many People

      image Reservation times are not honored. Everyone that is here for an Uber is first come, first served. Reservation or not. Staff is always short handed but they are amazing. Friendly, helpful and professional! Expect long waits (one to three hours) with no public restrooms. Don't expect that the car you reserved will be available! My advice is to find another location or another company.

      image one of the worst branch ever seen in my life ... do not choose this location ever because they are sooooooooo slow and waist your time for at least 2 hours and they want you to come to the branch by text msg and they saybif you down show up we will not extend your rental car
      and they are very bad responsible... so if you would like to waist your time and energy for nothing come to this branch!!!
