As a shop Truck & Trailer Repair Owner with a small Fleet of trucks and Trailer. I reached out to these folks for help when one of trailer's door fell of the hinges. PLEASE DO NOT reach out to these dishonest, and RUDE people save yourself the headache we had to go through. They wanted full payment upfront, up charging us for the repair ( mind you we have a shop just need OTR service at the moment )

Primus Trans Your Review is incorrect and wrong our company tried to help your driver out and which we would of your the one in the wrong, I took Three employees off three other jobs to fix the rear door, I wanted to be paid before working on your trailer because your out of state company we requested to be paid in full before repairs WHO KNOWS IF YOU WOULD ACTUALLY PAY US ONCE THE DOOR IS ON THE TRAILER. You agreed to pay us in full my employees started working on the trailer Once i asked for payment YOU PLAYED A GAME OF PAY HALF BEFORE & AFTER. THE SHOWS YOU WOULD OF NOT PAID ME BECAUSE YOU AGREED AND THEN CHANGED ONCE I REQUESTED PAYMENT. YOU APPROVED THE ESTIMATE AND PLAYED A GAME WITH US!!! WE DID NOTHING WRONG BUT TRY TO HELP YOUR COMPANY OUT!!!!

This is by far the worst place that I have ever called for assistance. The people here are extremely rude and they demand upfront payment and delivery half a** work in return. They kicked us out because we wanted to pay half upfront and half when the job was completed. please avoid this unethical, irresponsible, neglectful shop at all cost.
