I am very familiar with Inferno Hot Pilates, and decided to try a class at a BYB while on Xmas Vacation. Huge studio, super clean, very friendly and welcoming owner. And amazing instructors. I am definitely now a returning customer!

If you are looking for a yoga studio where you get a great workout, this is for you. This practice has improved my strength, flexibility, and balance and has been very helpful with weight control. This practice is challenging. I know it is unlikely that I will ever be able to do all of the 26 postures with perfect form. But just putting in the effort and trying to do them the right way gives great results.
