Place rocks. Service is on point. They almost always have what I need, and if they don't, they can get it in fast. I've had them do a few repairs as well, excellent turnaround time and fair pricing to boot.

Called Fibercraft today to order some parts and the person I talked to, Scott was extremely rude, confrontational and not helpful at all. I'm 54 years old and know how to talk to people in a respectful manner. I've been dealing with Fibercraft since the 80's and never received attitude like this. My condolences to the owner Judy, whom I am sure would be very disappointed to hear how her business is being run in her abscence. If you want professional service, talk to the owner or go somewhere else for your VW needs.

I recently took my fiberglass dune buggy (Manx style) to Fibercraft after calling another VW place in town. The other establishment was not able to help in the basics I needed. I will say that Fibercraft did a fantastic job. They communicated, stayed within my budget, did phenomenal work and were very pleasant to deal with. I talked to Scott mainly and he was wonderful. He made helpful suggestions that didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me in any way. I loved all my interactions there and will definitely be using them for any services I need going forward. You can absolutely tell that these guys love their craft and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend them. Services: Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto body & trim replacement, Oil change
